"I had canceled my policy on April 8th as of today May 13 I still have not received my refund. I have been calling at least twice a week. I called the Main Number they said called the agency when I called the agency they say call the Main Number I just keep getting a runaround. This is the worst company to deal with and on top of that. I paid $540 and now they're only giving me 424 back and it was only one day so I'm not sure why they are taking that much money out of my refund. This is totally ridiculous and not a way to run your company. I called left messages and also emailed them no response. I finally talked to a real person and asked them to call me back still have not got a call back."
